Redcliffe Labs Gift Card – Terms & Conditions
1. Issuance
Redcliffe Labs Gift Cards are issued by Vouchervia and are available for purchase via the Redcliffe Labs website, mobile app, or authorized partners.
Gift cards are available in multiple denominations to suit varying budgets.
Each gift card carries a unique voucher code, which is required to redeem the value of the card.
Gift cards are delivered via email or SMS to the recipient, based on the mode selected at the time of purchase.
2. Validity
Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issuance unless stated otherwise.
The validity period cannot be extended under any circumstances.
Unused balance post expiry will be forfeited and cannot be reclaimed.
3. Usage
The gift card can be redeemed only on the Redcliffe Labs website or mobile app while booking diagnostic tests or health packages.
Applicable on:
- Full body health checkups
- Individual diagnostic tests
- Specialized packages
- Home sample collections
- In-lab test bookings
- Enter the unique voucher code at checkout to redeem the amount.
Multiple gift cards cannot be clubbed in a single transaction unless explicitly allowed by the platform at the time of booking.
4. Balance and Partial Usage
If the invoice amount exceeds the gift card value, the balance must be paid via other available payment modes.
If the invoice amount is less than the gift card value, the remaining balance will stay on the voucher and can be used until the expiration date.
No interest will be payable on the available balance.
5. Restrictions
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, either in part or full.
Not redeemable for purchasing another gift card.
Cannot be transferred or reloaded once issued.
Redcliffe Labs will not be responsible for lost, stolen, or misused gift cards.
Misuse of gift cards or voucher codes may lead to cancellation of the order and/or blocking of the account.
6. Cancellation & Refunds
Orders booked using gift cards are subject to Redcliffe Labs’ standard cancellation and refund policies.
In case of cancellation of a booking made via gift card, the refund amount will be credited back to the original gift card (wherever applicable) and will retain its original expiry.
7. General
Redcliffe Labs reserves the right to modify the terms of the gift card or withdraw it without prior notice.
In case of any disputes, the decision of Redcliffe Labs shall be final and binding.
Use of the gift card constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
