How to Redeem a Gift Card:
- Locate the Chicago Pizza outlet near you that accepts gift cards.
- Select the pizzas as per your taste buds and place the order.
- Apply for the gift card during payment and pay the left-out amount via debit, credit card, or cash.
- Not valid in food courts.
Terms & Conditions
1. The Chicago Pizza Gift Card is issued by Neo Palates Private Limited & powered by ValueDesign.
2. The Chicago Pizza Gift Card is accepted at listed Chicago Pizza outlets and is not valid on food courts.
3. The person who has the Chicago Pizza Gift Card is deemed to be the beneficiary.
4. Chicago Pizza is not responsible if the gift card is lost, stolen, or used without permission.
5. Only One GC can be used in one bill/transaction.
6. This E-Gift Card is a multiple-use card, & any unused balance cannot be exchanged for Cash or No credit note / refund for the unused balance of the GC will be given.
7. Any balance in this card is valid for 6 months from the date of issue and any unused balance will expire automatically. E-Gift Card Cannot be revalidated once they have expired.
8. Chicago Pizza GC can be clubbed with any one of the existing offers at the outlets. Only valid on takeout/dining in.
9. Chicago Pizza GC cannot be redeemed on specific block-out dates, as may be intimated / updated by Chicago Pizza on its website from time to time. Chicago Pizza may add or delete any date(s) or period(s) at its sole discretion without any liability.
10. Any dispute related to the GC should be referred to the issuing company, and the decision of the issuing company shall be final. In case of any legal dispute, the courts in New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
11. If gift cards get blocked on account of a technical issue, they will be enabled in 72 hours. In the event of transaction failures after the gift card is applied, the amount will be automatically refunded to the same card within 48 hours.

13. Chicago Pizza reserves the right to edit/change the terms and conditions of the gift card at any time without any notice or liability.
14. Chicago Pizza has the final authority on the interpretation of these rules.
15. Only participating Chicago Pizza Stores would accept the E-Gift Card; Chicago Pizza would add or remove an outlet without giving any prior notice.
16. Chicago Pizza reserves the right to withdraw the gift card scheme/offer before the completion of the validity period without any notice or liability at its sole discretion.
17. Chicago Pizza reserves the right to deny accepting any gift voucher if it suspects that there is duplication of cards.
18. In no event shall the liability of Chicago Pizza for any claims exceed the value of the gift cards in dispute.
