1. Nature of Products
Vouchervia.com sells digital gift cards which are delivered electronically via email. These are non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods, and once delivered and redeemed, they cannot be returned or refunded.
2. No Refunds or Returns After Delivery
All purchases on Vouchervia are final and non-refundable, except in the rare case of proven non-delivery or technical error.
Once a digital gift card has been delivered to the email provided by the customer and the code has been generated and/or redeemed, no refund, exchange, or return will be permitted.
3. Non-Delivery or Invalid Code Issues
If a customer does not receive the digital gift card due to technical issues (e.g., incorrect email ID or non-receipt), or receives an invalid/non-working code, they must report the issue to [email protected] within 24 hours of purchase.
Our team will verify the status of the code with the issuer or aggregator. If the code is confirmed as unused and the error is verified, a replacement may be issued at our discretion.
4. Customer Responsibility
- It is the customer’s sole responsibility to provide a valid and working email address at the time of purchase.
- Vouchervia will not be held responsible for codes sent to the wrong email address due to user error.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring their email systems do not block or filter Vouchervia emails as spam/junk.
5. Unauthorized or Fraudulent Transactions
Vouchervia does not issue refunds for unauthorized or disputed transactions once the gift card code has been generated and delivered.
All payments are authenticated and approved through secure third-party gateways (e.g., Razorpay). If a payment has been authorized and confirmed, the responsibility lies with the account holder and not with Vouchervia.
6. Chargebacks and Fraud
In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute:
- Vouchervia reserves the right to submit all delivery logs, IP addresses, device fingerprints, and transaction details to the payment processor and law enforcement authorities.
- Fraudulent disputes may result in blacklisting, denial of future orders, and legal action.
7. Policy Changes
Vouchervia reserves the right to amend this Refund and Return Policy at any time. Any updates will be posted on this page and are effective immediately upon publication.
