1. Visit the KFC outlet to redeem the E-Gift Card.
2. Choose your preferred food option; do inform the outlet that you plan to use an E-Gift Card for making payments before billing.
3. During billing, show your E-Gift Card to redeem it.
Online:
1.Visit www.online.kfc.co.in.
2. Choose your preferred food option.
3. During payment, choose Gift Card and make payment.
Terms & Conditions
1. This KFC E-Gift Card (E-GC) is issued by Yum! Restaurants (India) Private Limited & its authorized franchisees for making payments at participating KFC stores in India.
2. The person who has the Yum! Restaurants E-Gift Card is deemed to be the beneficiary.
3. Do inform the cashier that you plan to use the E-Gift Card for making payments before billing.
4. The E-Gift Card is accepted as a payment on the KFC website, app, and stores.
5. Purchases can be done on the website or app for the amount or less than that in the card. For example, if a card has a balance of Rs 500, customers can buy for Rs 500 or less on the website or app.
6. This E-Gift Card is a one-time use card, & any unused balance cannot be used again or exchanged for cash.
7. More than one E-Gift Card can be used on one bill in stores.
8. No cash refunds will be given against the card (including in case of loss or otherwise).
9. Any balance in this card is valid for 6 months from the date of issue and any unused balance will expire automatically. E-Gift Card Cannot be revalidated once they have expired.
10. Rights to amend Terms & Conditions reserved with “”Yum”” and its authorized franchisees without prior notice.
11. Only participating KFC Stores would accept the E-Gift Card; YUM Restaurants and its authorized franchisees would add or remove an outlet without giving any prior notice.

13. The user unconditionally accepts all T&Cs and shall not raise any disputes in this regard. Any dispute related to the E-Gift Card should be referred to the issuing company, and the decision of the issuing company shall be final.
14. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court in New Delhi.
15. For balance and expiry check: SMS a 16-digit card number in this format, e.g., 1234123412341234 to 55757575.
