Terms & Conditions
1. This Costa Coffee card (E-GC) is issued by Devyani International Limited (DIL) for making payments at participating Costa Coffee stores in India.
2. The person who has the E-Gift Card is deemed to be the beneficiary.
3. Do inform the cashier that you plan to use the E-Gift Card for making payments before billing.
4. This E-Gift Card is a one-time use card, & any unused balance cannot be used again or exchanged for cash.
5. More than one E-Gift Card can be used on one bill in stores.
6. No cash refunds will be given against the card (including in case of loss or otherwise).
7. Any balance on this card is valid for 6 months from the date of issue, and any unused balance will expire automatically. E-Gift Cards cannot be revalidated once they have expired.
8. Rights to amend Terms & Conditions reserved with “DIL” without prior notice.
9. Only participating Costa Coffee Stores would accept the E-Gift Card; DIL would add or remove an outlet without giving any prior notice.
10. The user unconditionally accepts all T&Cs and shall not raise any disputes in this regard. Any dispute related to the E-Gift Card should be referred to the issuing company, and the decision of the issuing company shall be final.
11. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court in New Delhi.
12. For balance and expiry check: SMS a 16-digit card number in this format, e.g., 1234123412341234 to 55757575.
