- A gift card can be used on the Big Basket website, app, and M-site where Big Basket is present.
- Click on the link https://www.bigbasket.com/member/gift_cards/
- Enter your Gift Card Code and Gift Card PIN
- The value of the Gift Card gets added to the big basket wallet
- Add products to the shopping cart and complete the payment by choosing the Big Basket wallet payment option.
Terms & Conditions
1. This is a Bigbasket Instagram Gift Voucher (GV) / Gift Card (GC) and would only be accepted at the Big Basket website, i.e., https://www.bigbasket.com, and the Bigbasket app, and not on any other products/services.
2. The person who has the Bigbasket GV/GGC Code is deemed to be the beneficiary.
3. Bigbasket is not responsible if the gift card is lost, stolen, or used without permission.
4. More than one GV / GC can be used in one bill/transaction.
5. This is a One-time-use GV / GC with an expiration date.
6. No credit note / refund for the unused balance amount of the GV / GC will be given.
7. Any such unused balance amount shall lapse automatically.
8. Bigbasket GV / GC cannot be revalidated once expired or cancelled under any situations
9. Bigbasket GV and GC can be clubbed with on-going promotions & offers.
10. Bigbasket GV / GC cannot be redeemed on specific block-out dates. Bigbasket may add or delete any date(s) or period(s) at its sole discretion without any liability.
11. If Bigbasket GV / GC is purchased in a city not mentioned in the T&C, the amount will not be reimbursed/refunded.
12. Any dispute related to the GV / GC should be referred to the issuing company, and the decision of the issuing company shall be final. In case of any legal dispute, the courts in Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
13. The entire gift card amount will be redeemed in the BB wallet. The amount can be used across multiple orders.
14. Bigbasket shall, on a best effort basis, attempt to accept Instagram Gift Vouchers (GV) / Gift Cards (GC), but on account of any technical reason or for any reason beyond control of Bigbasket, GV / GC may not be accepted, and Bigbasket shall have no liability for the same.
15. Bigbasket GV/GGC is valid only in Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai, Pune, Bhopal, Chandigarh, Coimbatore, Indore, Jaipur, Jalandhar, Lucknow, Kochi, Kanpur, Ludhiana, Mysore, Nagpur, Patna, Surat, Vadodara, Vijayawada, Guntur, and Vishakapatnam.
16. If an Instagram Gift Voucher (GV) or Gift Card (GC) gets blocked on account of a technical issue, it will be enabled in 72 hours. In case of transaction failures after an Instagram Gift Voucher (GV) / Gift Card (GC) is applied, the amount will be automatically refunded to the same cards within 48 hours.

18. Bigbasket reserves the right to edit/change the terms and conditions for the Instagram Gift Voucher (GV) / Gift Card (GC) at any time without any notice or liability.

20. Bigbasket reserves the right to withdraw the Insta Gift Voucher (GV) / Gift Card (GC) scheme/offer before the completion of the validity period without any notice or liability at its sole discretion.
21. Bigbasket reserves the right to deny accepting any Instagram Gift Voucher (GV) / Gift Card (GC) if it suspects that there is duplication of cards.
22. In no event shall the liability of Bigbasket for any claims exceed the value of the Instagram Gift Voucher (GV) / Gift Card (GC) in dispute.
