Flight Cancellation Policy

Every booking made on Vouchervia.com is subject to cancellation charges imposed by the respective airline, which may vary depending on the flight and booking class.

Certain bookings may be non-refundable, according to the specific airline’s policy.

Partial cancellations may not be permitted as per the specific airline’s policy.

Cancellations can be processed offline by sending an email to Travel Fundaa at [email protected].

We facilitate various amendments for bookings. In some instances, you may need to directly contact the airline.

Amendment charges on Vouchervia.com are subject to change in accordance with the airline’s policy, which may vary based on flight timing and booking class.

For cancellations within 24 hours of the journey, we recommend customers directly contact the airlines and subsequently send the cancellation request to us via email for refunds.

In the event of direct cancellations through airlines, refunds will be provided according to the airline’s charges along with our service charge as mentioned above. After flight departure and in the event of a no-show, no cancellation requests will be entertained.

Refund amounts in the event of a no-show are entirely dependent on the airlines. Vouchervia will refund the same amount to the customer as received from the airlines in the event of a no-show.

The user agrees to pay a fee charged by Travel Fundaa for any type of cancellation made post-booking. Regardless of the refund amount, TF will charge INR 250 per passenger per sector for domestic flights and INR 750 for international flights. Any refund to the user shall be processed after deducting the equivalent amount from the fee.

Hotel Amendment & Cancellation Policy

Every booking made on Vouchervia is subject to cancellation charges imposed by the hotels, which may vary depending on the hotel and room type. Vouchervia levies a nominal amount of INR 500 per room for domestic bookings and INR 1000 per room for international bookings as cancellation service charges.

Some bookings may be non-refundable as per the specific hotel’s policy.

We assist you in making various amendments for bookings. In some cases, you may need to directly contact the hotel.

To cancel the booking within 24 hours of the journey, we recommend customers to directly contact the hotels and then send the cancellation request through our website for refunds.

Refund Policy

Vouchervia will process the refund only after receiving the cancellation request/claim from the customer, travel agent, or corporate company via email.

Refunds for air tickets and hotel bookings will be credited directly to the customer’s mode of payment after receiving the refund amount from the respective airlines and hotels.

Vouchervia will process the refund within 72 hours after receiving it from the concerned airlines, hotels, transporters, or other suppliers.

Due to banking procedures, refunds on credit cards may take up to 72 hours, while it may take up to 7 days for net banking transactions.
